Strategic HR Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Strategic HR Project Manager. In this position you are responsible, among other things, for translating strategies into concrete actions and supervising overarching projects from start to finish.

The role

You will be involved in uniting different HR projects so that the objectives are achieved. You work on umbrella projects that focus on people, culture and organization. In order to realize impact, you therefore focus on both the strategic objectives and the operational business challenges and associated stakeholders. Through project and change management you work on continuously improving alignment between the mission and strategy and the people, culture and organization. You coordinate the various projects and are needed to realize the initiatives. You support the various colleagues where necessary (substantive and / or project management moderate).

You are not only responsible for supervising change processes, but you also play an active role in thinking along and asking critical questions. You bring valuable insights and expertise, enabling The Digital Neighborhood to successfully navigate complex changes.

You are a pragmatic and decisive project leader who is able to connect and motivate stakeholders to achieve the set goals together. You are able to understand complex issues and translate them into practical solutions, with a strong focus on achieving results. Independently planning and developing presentations in PowerPoint is also no problem for you, and you report the progress of current projects. As a Project Manager you play a crucial role in achieving the HR objectives of our organization.

Team
You are part of the HR team (4 people). In addition, the 11 tech companies of The Digital Neighborhood each have an HR Manager or Business Partner and we have an overarching Shared Service Center consisting of several HR Coordinators. Location for this vacancy is office Bunnik and/or Amsterdam.

The candidate

– At least a HBO education in HRM, Business Administration or a related field;
– At least 5 years of experience in strategic HR management positions;
– Experience with change management;
– Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies;
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders;
– Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and manage complex projects;
– Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking;
– A result-oriented attitude with attention to the needs of the organization and the employees;
– Preferably you have experience with consultancy, where you have worked on various HR projects at different organizations.
