ICT Project Manager

As an experienced project manager, you have a strong track record. You deal with optimizing and renewing existing environments, but also with major transitions to onboard new customers. For example, help healthcare institutions get a modern new workplace with social intranet. But also think about setting up and arranging processes. Or take the customer and the customer’s employees along and guide them through the change.

What are you going to do?

As an experienced Project Manager at Pink you will be responsible for medium to large projects within the IT domain of the modern workplace, where you will also touch the infrastructure and networking domains. You will find your place within Pink Elephant’s Project Management team consisting of over 10 colleagues. To bring a project to success, you will put together a multidisciplinary team. This team consists of various roles and functions with technical and functional knowledge, because after all, together you are strong! With this team you will always go the extra mile for the customer and you will be able to deliver your projects optimally. Some of your duties include:

• Provide input from the presales phase;
• Writing project and transition plans;
• Managing client, project team and the internal organization;
• Monitor and act on project controls;
• Ensuring and managing project progress;
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of our standard approach projects.

• Have an HBO/WO working and thinking level;
• At least 7 years of work experience a similar role (and familiar with Prince II);
• Understanding of IT Outsouring, managed services and Modern Workplace – implementations;
• Able to collaborate successfully with management as well as techies and customers;
• Keeping an eye on and managing customer interest and what is best for Pink;
• Your analytical thinking skills, time management and ability to work in an orderly manner are truly a strength of yours;
• Enjoy being “in control” but also being able to perform with a team under pressure;

Of course you will get a nice salary, the salary range is between EUR 3.325,- and EUR 5.250,- gross per month depending on your knowledge and experience.
