HR Communication intern

We are looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of HR Communication. The focus will be on this but of course you will also be able to look at other activities in the field of HR.

You will be responsible for various tasks in the field of communication within HR. For example, you can think of the following tasks:

– Assist in the preparation of internal and external communication tools such as newsletters and memos;

– Support in developing and maintaining the HR communication strategy;

– Collaborate with various teams to gather and disseminate appropriate information;

– Contribute to improving communication processes and procedures;

– Assist in drafting various documents such as policies;

– Think creatively to improve and innovate communication within the organization.

– At least HBO level of education;

– Communication skills in Dutch and English;

– Creative, proactive and you have an eye for detail.

– Appropriate compensation;
