As a Service Consultant, you will assist all our existing clients in maximizing the benefits of
their Microsoft 365 solutions. This involves answering questions and resolving disruptions reported to the Service Consultancy department. Your responsibilities also include implementing optimizations and new functionalities. If custom solutions are required, you
will draft a functional design, which will then be developed by the GAC Development Center.
Your tasks may be performed from our offices in Oirschot and Bunnik or directly at the client’s location. In summary, it’s a highly versatile role where, as an advisor, you support and advise our clients on various Microsoft 365 solutions provided by GAC.

The Service Consultancy department supports all our existing clients with consultancy questions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, the PowerPlatform, and related solutions. As part of an energetic team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues who support, inspire, and strive for the best results for the client.
