Amsterdam-headquartered technology group strengthens its European presence with the integration of three Danish Microsoft partners into one AI-first specialist
Amsterdam, 1 October 2025 – Amsterdam-based technology group The Digital Neighborhood today announces the launch of Context&, a new Microsoft-first specialist created by merging its three Danish businesses: Projectum, Delegate and Consit. The move strengthens The Digital Neighborhood’s position as one of Europe’s leading Microsoft partners and deepens the group’s Nordic presence and impact.
Delegate, Projectum and Consit joined The Digital Neighborhood between 2020 and 2024, each with a strong reputation as Microsoft partners in Denmark serving enterprises and public sector organisations. By bringing them together under one brand, Context& can deliver a broader range of services, deeper domain expertise, faster execution and more cohesive innovation than was possible when operating separately.
The strength of these synergies is already evident. Over the last 12 months alone, the three businesses have onboarded 25 new customers served with solutions drawing on expertise from two or more of the brands. This growing joint go-to-market shows how the combined offer is delivering more rounded Microsoft and AI-driven services, giving customers access to capabilities that extend far beyond what each company could provide individually.
This consolidation is designed to drive customer value and ecosystem strength. It positions Context& as an even stronger integrated Microsoft partner capable of delivering faster time to value, more consistent innovation and stronger customer outcomes. As a Microsoft-first partner, Context& also reflects Microsoft’s strategy of supporting AI-first specialists that combine scale with customer intimacy – the exact model Context& has been built to deliver.
“This is more than a rebrand. It is the fusion of complementary strengths into one engine for delivery,” said Jean-Yves Charlier, CEO of The Digital Neighborhood. “The synergies unlocked through this consolidation, across services, talent and customer insight, enable us to innovate faster, respond more holistically and deliver greater value. Customers can now expect a new benchmark for what a Microsoft partner in the Nordics can bring.”
“Individually, these businesses were strong. Together they are exceptional,” said Jakob Schou, CEO of Context&. “Context& merges the agility of trusted local partners with the scale required for large, cross-border digital and AI transformations. It is exactly what enterprises need today.”
For customers, relationships remain unchanged: they will continue working with the same trusted people. The difference is that those teams now operate as part of one unified structure, enabling more ambitious projects, tighter coordination across competencies and faster execution of AI, cloud and data strategies.
Technology is nothing without context. Context& captures this principle: the ampersand signals that technology only creates value when it connects to the customer’s goals. It is not just technology, it is technology in context. And that changes everything.
Ends.
