23 January 2024, Amsterdam, The Netherlands: The Digital Neighborhood, a growing community of leading independent tech companies specializing in Microsoft Cloud and AI, announces the appointment of Jan Jaap Kolleman as the Head of its Data Science & Business Intelligence (BI) Practice. He will also join as the newest member of the Group’s Management Board. This move marks another step forward in The Digital Neighborhood’s growth and further strengthens its position as a leading Microsoft partner in Northern Europe.
Jan Jaap Kolleman, a distinguished veteran in the IT software industry, is known for his strong leadership in technology. With over twenty years of experience in the Microsoft space, his expertise is well-established. His past roles include serving on the SDL Executive Committee from 2008 to 2014 and as the Managing Director at Exact Software Netherlands, part of its Executive Committee, from 2006 to 2008. Since 2016, he has been the CEO of Active Professionals, a recent addition to The Digital Neighborhood.
In his new role at The Digital Neighborhood, Jan Jaap will lead the expansion and development of the Group’s Data Science & BI Practice. This role complements the Group’s broader strategy, which includes the leadership of its other Neighborhood Practices: Cloud Consultancy & App Development, Cloud Infrastructure & Security, and Business Management Solutions. With a commitment to excellence in these four areas, The Digital Neighborhood continues to invest in top-tier talent to meet the growing needs of its 2,400 customers.
