Amsterdam, 1 October 2026 – Pink Elephant Netherlands partners with Circular IT group to further strengthen its Modern Workplace services in the Netherlands, with a leading Device as a Service (DaaS) proposition, making it simpler and faster to equip and support employees with the technology they need, wherever they work.
The collaboration combines Pink Elephant’s Modern Workplace expertise with Circular IT group’s specialist capabilities in supplying, preparing, delivering and managing workplace devices. It further connects and automates the process, from delivering a configured, ready-to-use laptop for a new joiner to replacing faulty devices or collecting equipment when an employee moves or leaves.
Customers will benefit from faster, more consistent service, improved quality, fewer handovers and less administration. Pink Elephant and Circular IT group are standardising key processes and integrating Circular IT group’s platform directly with Pink Elephant’s systems, creating a smoother journey from customer service request to resolution. This reduces manual coordination and provides a simpler way to manage workplace technology at scale, with greater cost control and transparency.
“High-performing organisations move fast. Their technology must move faster. People should be able to work at their best, wherever they are, without ever having to think about the complexity behind it. That is the standard we are setting for the modern workplace at Pink Elephant: connected, automated and built around performance. Our partnership with Circular IT group strengthens our ability to deliver that experience at scale, with services covering the entire device lifecycle,” says Aniel Ganga, Managing Director, Modern Work, Pink Elephant Netherlands.
The services support employees throughout their time with an organisation, including device configuration using technologies such as Autopilot, delivery to the home or workplace, replacements and repairs, and collection when equipment is no longer required. Compliance is embedded throughout, helping extend device life and maximise reuse. Next-business-day support is also available for specific requirements. For care providers, these devices are mission-critical: reliable access and swift replacements help staff continue their work with minimal disruption.
The collaboration also extends to the end of a device’s working life. Equipment can be securely collected, undergo certified data erasure and, where possible, be reused, helping customers manage workplace technology more responsibly.
“Together, we’re making a modern, circular workplace a reality. Meeting the high standards of a service integrator such as Pink Elephant is central to what we do. This partnership integrates our full device lifecycle services into Pink Elephant’s customer offering, combining our strengths to give customers a seamless service,” says Jan-Dirk Krispijn, Director of End-user Computing, Circular IT group.
For Pink Elephant, the collaboration advances a clear ambition for the modern workplace: take complexity out, build performance in, and make technology work around people, not the other way around.
